Committee

The management committee consists of the committee members of the Mahasandhi Centre in Perth Inc. This will be the governing body to manage and direct the operations of the organization. As the management committee, they are bestowed with powers to make decisions on behalf of the centre, thereby ensuring that it moves in the direction consistent with accomplishing its aims and objectives.
The key responsibilities of the committee can include:
Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement the Centre’s long-term vision and objectives.
Financial Management: Supervise the financial health of the center through budgeting, fundraising, and reporting activities.
Program Development: Plan and organize the activities of the center, programs, and events.
Membership and Community Engagement: Build a strong sense of community among members and promotion of the work of the center.
Compliance and Governance: The operations are in full compliance with the law and regulations, constitution, and bylaws.
The committee members are volunteers committed to serving their time and skills to facilitate the Centre in discharge of its mission to promote cultural and social well-being through Buddhist teachings.
